Salary: Ark Support Scale 5 point 5 £28,977 (actual pro-rata gross salary is £24,925 per annum)

A calm and patient manner is essential, as is a nurturing approach. A good understanding of the academy’s teaching and learning and behaviour policies are desirable, and specific training will be provided to support you in the role.  Liaising with class teachers and the whole school community will all form part of your role.
