Are you passionate about supporting young people to thrive both in and outside the classroom? Are you calm under pressure, a confident communicator, and committed to ensuring every student receives the support they need to succeed?
At Ark Charter Academy, we are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Student Entitlement Lead to join our pastoral team. You will work closely with the Head of Year and wider staff team to deliver outstanding support for student wellbeing, behaviour, attendance, and engagement.

- A confident communicator with students, staff, and parents.
- Knowledge about safeguarding and passionate about student welfare.
- Committed to the Ark Charter values and the ethos of high expectations for all.
