Creative Arts Technician

The Role

We are seeking an exceptional Technician to join our Creative Arts Department.  The role is to provide technical support to teaching staff and classes primarily in the Art, Design Technology and Food Tech areas.  The successful candidate will adopt a flexible style to tackle a range of routine duties across the Creative Arts Departments.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow their role at the Academy and will be supported in developing their knowledge and skillset.

Ark Blake Academy is a growing and successful academy based in East Croydon that opened in September 2020.  We are consistently oversubscribed in every year group and currently have students in Years 7–11.  We continue to grow and look forward to our first cohort of students completing their GCSE studies in the summer of 2025.  We now wish to recruit for further key roles to drive forward our ambitious plans.
