About the role:

As Assistant Principal, you will be at the heart of driving our academy forward. You’ll lead key areas including safeguarding and welfare, curriculum development, behaviour management, and staff training. Working alongside the Principal and the senior leadership team, you’ll establish a school culture that champions high standards and supports the success of every student. With responsibilities that evolve annually, this role offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive leadership experience.

This role is not suitable for Early Career Teachers.
